Crystal Bowl Relaxation Sessions
Come and join our small group sessions. The healing power of sound waves has been known for centuries. Kate creates a safe and healing space where you can come and find calmness in an easy way, all you need to do is find a comfortable position for you, and let the sound waves bathe you to calm you racing mind.
Kate uses a combination of energy healing therapies, including sound healing, Access Transformation, Reiki, relaxation and meditation. These can be in person, or virtual, depending on your location.
This is a non-invasive, holistic healing approach that addresses the subtle energies within and around the body. Energy Medicine does not replace medical treatment, but complements your current physician's plan of care.
